Project |01 Wheels Up: Prototyping Phase

Wheels Up is a portable low-cost mechanism enabling those in manual wheelchairs to autonomously climb any combination of steps approx. 2’’ to 24’’ in height. It utilizes new applications of material and mechanism- from geometric folding algorithms, hydraulics, 3D printing to modular furniture design.

Project |02 The Colour Of Money:
A Glimpse Into World Currencies
From the tepid range of greens in U.S. currency, which are rumored to have remained green due to the nickname “greenbacks” issued by the  U.S. Treasury  for the Civil War, to the colourful Yuan- a nation’s currency design visually communicates a culture, aesthetic and national representation. The Colour Of Money was a quest into the value different countries assign to color as well as a spectrum of juxtaposition between different bills of the same denomination.
